The Flash has received some great new posters modelled by those created for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, thanks to a devoted fan.
It’s been a while since the impending Ezra Miller-led DC Comics film was announced. It’s finally less than six months away after several delays.
A fresh teaser for the project made its debut at the Super Bowl, captivating viewers around.
New peeks into the DC Universe, Sasha Calle’s Supergirl, Michael Keaton’s Batman, and other things were all featured.
A Flash Multiverse of Crazy
A fantastic poster was made by Twitter user @arifinity_ based on the movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’s marketing campaigns.
Here is the poster Marvel Studios made for reference. The Multiversal characters that the main protagonists will eventually engage with on screen are artistically displayed alongside them.
With another Flash on his right, Sasha Calle’s Supergirl to his left, and both Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton’s Batmen on each end, Arifinity’s imaginative interpretation of the billboard places Barry in the foreground.
When contrasting the posters for The Flash with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Arifinity’s work is excellent.
The Flash: Multiverse Exploration
Although the Multiverse is a topic covered in both the DC Comics and Marvel movies, it currently appears that Barry Allen’s foray into different realities will have considerably more serious effects than Stephen Strange’s.
It has long been speculated that Ezra Miller’s movie will finish with the protagonist arriving in a new DC Universe timeline that is both similar to and distinct from the one Barry started off in.
James Gunn, the new co-leader of the DC Universe, has even affirmed this. Although any maintained continuity will be carefully chosen, it won’t be a complete relaunch.
This was supposed to make Supergirl the Kryptonian of the major timelines and Michael Keaton’s Batman the Caped Crusader.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like that will be the case any more with all the recent DCU developments.
Fans can anticipate new Batman and Supergirl movies instead, both of which are anticipated to feature all-new leads.
The wider picture might be a little hazy now, but when The Flash premieres in theatres on June 16, hopefully it will be a little less so.
