Disney+ has hosted every Marvel Studios film since its inception in 2019 at some point following or during (Black Widow) its theatrical premiere. Who knows when Ant-Man 3 will start to stream on Disney+? Here is our best guess.
When Can I Watch Quantumania: Ant-Man and the Wasp Online?
When Black Panther: Wakanda Forever started streaming on Disney+ 82 days after its theatrical debut, a potential new benchmark was maybe established. The time between November 11 and February 1 was the longest since MCU movies first came out while Disney+ was still in existence.
The contentious day-and-date release of Black Widow in July 2021 established an odd standard for the studio. The other 2021 MCU movies, such as Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals, were shrouded in uncertainty, but both ended up receiving an exclusive theatrical release.
Strangely, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness had the smallest window between theatre exclusivity and Disney+ streaming, despite being the highest-grossing Marvel movie of 2022. (47 days).

The Probably Disney+ Release Window for Ant-Man 3
Marvel, Star Wars, and everything else Disney+ continues to produce make it quite evident that the business still doesn’t have a completely developed streaming strategy.
The publication dates of episodes (and the number of episodes released at a time) have all changed since 2020, and there have been several crossovers between the Marvel and Star Wars series.
The fact that Wednesday is the day of the week with the highest utilisation rate is a moderately consistent characteristic. Both Multiverse of Madness and Wakanda Forever were released on Thursdays.
Disney will continue to follow the trend of releasing Black Panther 2 in theatres for a prolonged period of time with Ant-Man 3.
The earliest date would probably be April 5 if the first weekend’s box office performance significantly tanked. It comes out on a Wednesday, 47 days beyond the original release date, and could overshadow Universal Pictures’ Super Mario Bros. Movie debut that weekend.
A month later, just before Marvel’s subsequent release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, would be a far better time. It may be the best plan for Disney+ to start streaming Ant-Man 3 on May 3 before its next big release; this is especially true for those who want to catch up but missed Quantumania in cinemas.
This would amount to 75 days after the movie starts playing in theatres throughout the world, giving the movie plenty of time to rake in money at the box office despite stiff competition in the spring of 2023.
If Quantumania swiftly fizzles out at the box office and audience evaluations echo the bad comments from critics, it would be interesting to see if Disney would worry. A March release date is entirely improbable yet still feasible.
