It is unknown exactly when production on the Phase 5 Disney+ show will start up again after the WGA strike is over.
With no end in sight, the strike has now been continuing on for more than a month since it started on May 2. The most recent WGA strike, which started in November 2007 and ended in February 2008, lasted three months.
Recently, writers in New York have been regularly picketing Disney+’s Daredevil, which has resulted in the two production halts.
Daredevil: Born Again, a historically prolonged production for Marvel Studios, is currently scheduled to debut in spring 2024 according to the official Phase 5 slate after filming continued through December this year.
