Despite this, there is persistent interest in Nova, particularly with a hint that Richard Rider and Sam Alexander would end up sharing a screen together.
Nova’s Launch Is Delayed by Latest MCU Update
The MCU’s Nova project, according to The Hollywood Reporter, was described as being “on a slower path,” implying that Marvel Studios has delayed it.
Previous rumours suggested that Nova will be created as a Marvel Studios Special Presentation with a Disney+ launch in the future.
This was before Deadline’s report in which its sources stated that Marvel Studios will “likely” opt for a streaming series.
Although it is presently unknown whether Nova will make his MCU debut before his own programme, this rumour shows that, even if the hero is planned to appear somewhere, his Disney+ debut has reportedly been delayed along with other TV projects (such as Ironheart and Echo).
When Will Nova on Disney+ Premiere?
Although this most recent Nova update may come as a disappointment to some, it may be good news for the cosmic hero since it will allow the show’s creators and producers more time to prepare for the character’s introduction.
Since the delays would reduce fan fatigue while ensuring that quality is prioritised over quantity, this update would also be advantageous for the MCU overall.
Is it still reasonable to anticipate that Nova will debut during Phases 5 and phases 6 in light of this? The short answer is yes, but it will be a while before the character makes an appearance.
It’s probable that Nova may be released at the latest in 2025 or 2026, possibly between Avengers 5 and Avengers 6.
